SIR: ‘BJP Conspiracy, Attack on Democracy’

There is anger across the country over widespread irregularities in the SIR (Special Intensive Revision) of the voters’ list by the Election Commission in Bihar, as well as “vote theft” brought to light by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi. In an exclusive conversation with Newsclick, CPI(ML) MP Sudama Prasad terms this as a “direct attack on democracy”, adding that this fight will be taken from Parliament to the streets.
